Description:
We are seeking a Food Truck Server And Cook to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders, prepare and serve food to patrons at our stationary food truck located within our glamping campground. Our preference is for a skilled cook who takes pride in their cooking skills and would enjoy working with us to create and cook a menu utilizing local farm produce. Responsibilities: Assist in menu preparation and shopping Cook and prepare menu items Serve food and beverages to guests Explain to guests about menu items Clean and prepare the dining areas Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields Previous cooking experience Ability to build rapport with guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal communication skills This is a seasonal position from May 20, 2024-October 31, 2024.
