Graham Landscape and Design LLC is looking for a full-time Recruiter to find new people with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000• Bonus Potential Responsibilities: • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private• Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria• Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis• Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business Qualifications:• Bilingual in Spanish• Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Skilled at posting openings online and using a variety of tools and services • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred• Proven experience in HR management and recruitment Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 About Company: Experienced.
