The Beyond Program is a global multifaceted ecosystem of people, tools and services helping to achieve our customers fundamental education, continued learning and development goals. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating graphics, illustrations, logos, templates and layouts for learning products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with Multimedia Designers, Learning Experience Designers and Product Managers to ensure brand consistency and communicate ideas effectively through visual elements. Key Responsibilities:* Ability to create visual designs across Beyond's products and solutions* Consistently utilize Genesys branding guidelines across all designs* Design graphics for learning solutions* Manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines* Ability to accept and apply critique and feedback in a professional manner* Develop engaging graphics and illustrations for promoting Beyond's brand* Collaborate with the Beyond team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas* Ability to take ownership of one's work and identify opportunities to improve project or work processes* Ensure brand consistency across design projects and adhere to Genesys and Beyond brand guidelines* Communicates complex ideas effectively* Carry design projects from concept through completion* Ability to adapt design styles, ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of visual assets * Manage and maintain digital asset librariesMinimum Requirements:* 2+ years of Graphic/Visual Design experience* Mastery in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)* Comfortable with Figma* Experience with video scripting* Solid communication and organizational skills* Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems * Commitment to continuous learning and personal development* Ability to consult effectively with non-designers on projects* Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectivelyDesirable Skills:* Interest in coding Adobe After Effects templates* Interest in UX/UI* Motivated to learn multimedia production aspects#LI-Remote #LI-Onsite #Li-Hybrid #LI-AN1 Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
