ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Hardscaper - Excavator Operator at Culley's Services & Lawn Care , you normally work during the day. Your schedule varies depending on the job. You perform a wide variety of hardscaping tasks and safely operate various excavation equipment to create bold, beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients! Collaborating with project managers and reviewing plans, you skillfully help build and install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Closely following designs, you excavate and grade surfaces to ensure proper drainage and structural integrity. You handle and transport materials, conduct on-site assessments, and ensure every team member is following safety policies, cementing yourself as a critical part of our success! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of experience in hardscaping and excavation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent While not required, these preferred qualifications would set you apart from other candidates: Any relevant hardscaping or excavation certifications Landscaping experience Proficiency in operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers Knowledge of various hardscape materials and construction techniques Ability to interpret and follow landscape designs and construction plans Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, team spirit, and communication skills Are you ready to showcase your craftsmanship and breathe new life into our clients' outdoor spaces?
