Below are the job details:Job Overview:The Senior-Level Health Care Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel on health care regulatory and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare law, focusing on business transactions, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement issues within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks.
