The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic legal environment, possess strong analytical and advocacy skills, and demonstrate a commitment to achieving favorable client outcomes.Duties:Represent clients in insurance defense matters, primarily on bodily injury and first-party/bad faith claims.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations as required.Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams to achieve litigation goals.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance-related matters.Requirements:3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance defense law.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal team.Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of clients.Prior experience in insurance defense preferred.Law and motion experience is considered a plus.Motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Currently licensed to practice law in Arizona; additional licensure in other states is a plus.Skills:Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Benefits:401(k) retirement plan.Dental insurance.Health insurance.Life insurance.Vision insurance.
