You will be responsible for NPI verification, test automation, prototype assembly, and bring-up. Learn more at benefits.honeywell.com.--- Unlimited Vacation Plan with No Preset Maximums----- Flexible Work Schedule----- Medical/Rx Health Savings Account (HSA)--- Dental/Vision----- Short/Long-Term Disability--- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)--- 401(k) Plan----- Education AssistanceSalary Range: $123,000 - $155,000 annually.-- Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including candidate experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:----- --Supervise lab technicians and provide guidance in conducting NPI verification----- --Implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy of testing processes----- --Oversee prototype assembly and bring-up activities----- --Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements----- --Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab processes and efficiencyYOU MUST HAVE:---High School Diploma or GED---2+ years in a supervising role or leading peers-----2+ years of experience as an Electronic Technician---Knowledge of trouble shooting and testing electronics---Ability to use basic electrical test equipment.WE VALUE:---Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics-----Experience in Fire Alarm Control Panel test support---Experience with NPI verification and test automation---Experience in loading software programs into electronics---Being able to find effective solutions based on root causes.---Sound technical judgment and opinions---Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.---Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.---Passion for innovation and continuous learningABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc. invents and commercializes technologies that address some of the world's most critical challenges around energy, safety, security, air travel, productivity, and global urbanization.
