About the role The ID - eLearning Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content and generating ideas for improving educational materials, primarily focused on departmental processes. What makes this position unique is that the eLearning Content Developer needs to have special knowledge including: video and light graphic design. 20 hours per week Timeline: start as soon as possible through Q2 with a possible 3-month extension $55-60 per hour. Responsibilities The ID - eLearning Developer will: Design and develop course storyboards and templates Create video production including audio and video editing in SCORM Develop illustrations, graphics, etc. to support the course content; using Articulate Suite, Storyline 360 and Rise, and Vyond Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts Designing and developing eLearning course templates alongside instructional designers and other eLearning developers As the instructional designer, produce high-quality eLearning content Frequently creating new assets for courses as needed using Adobe Creating Suite Developing and maintaining eLearning content and modules Leading the eLearning content review process for subject matter experts and stakeholders Collaborating with other members of the Digital Learning Team and Training Team to brainstorm, problem-solve, and review each other’s work Working with the LMS Administrator structuring course and curricula offerings Required Skills Excellent time-management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum development or graphic design Experience in online curriculum development and delivery for adult learners Strong attention to detail Experience with Articulate, PowerPoint, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond Experience in video production equipment and software to create video-based learning experiences Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience in multimedia and graphic design preferred Expert-level command of course-authoring tools and course development methodologies SweetRush is an Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
