Position : Fitness Sales Advisor Reports to: Studio Manager/Head Instructor/Franchise Owner Pay Structure: Base salary of $15/hr + CommissionWe value your hard work; as the business grows, we offer the opportunity for your compensation to grow! This individual will play a pivotal role in the member experience by being able to coach classes & support sales initiatives.● Excellent customer service skills● Solid verbal and written communication skills required● Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment● Ability to work and function in a team environment● Health & fitness minded people required● Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by KickHouse● Be AED/CPR certified Job Duties: ● Assist in KickHouse business and studio operations and gain an opportunity to learn about the business side of studio operations.● Work hand-in-hand with both Instructors and the sales team to guide potential members through their first workout.● Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.● Follow up and follow through on activities with all prospective clients.● Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience within the studio.● Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.● Handle member concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of a positive resolution.● Participate in marketing and outreach events.● Attend and participate in all KickHouse training programs. *Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between KickHouse studio locations.
