Our client is building a new CoE specific to Salesforce. The functions of the CoE included program backlog grooming, tracking business value, business/technical architecture reviews, business process mapping, data governance and ongoing delivery/monitoring. This role will assist with establishing CoE infrastructure, documenting SOPs, establishing cadence, initial execution, and transitioning. General Skills: Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration and customization. Ability to establish and optimize best practices within a Salesforce CoE. Skilled in training and mentoring teams on Salesforce processes and methodologies. Project Manager/Project Coordinator This role will participate in strategy and brainstorm sessions with Distribution & technology teams to articulate and define their goals, identify ways to improve the overall user experience and make them more effective. Design wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes, user personas, storyboards, customer journeys, site maps, and other design specification material. Work closely with technology teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented. Promote best practices in UI, UX, and interaction design. Conduct usability testing Skills: Drives business process modeling within SF system Focuses on UX within SF capabilities. Collaborates across cross functional teams. 3+ years experience in digital design on the Salesforce.com Platform Proficiency with Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, the Creative Suite, and/or other equivalent tools to design for digital interfaces Powered by JazzHR
