ProductionWorker AnADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next ProductionWorker and joinour team in our Plant City, FL 33566 location. Our mission is to provide an environmentally consciousalternative fuel that replaces coal pound-for-pound and BTU-for-BTU in theelectrical power and cement manufacturing industries. Aboutthe Role : The ProductionWorker is responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging materials, andassisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. The positionrequires the ability to work both independently and in assigned groups tosupport operations in the alternative fuel manufacturing business. Employeeswill sort both inbound and outbound streams, as will be required to alwaysfollow NuCycle Energy policies and procedures. What YouWill Do : Coreduties and responsibilities include the following. Loadhandling to include trailer loading/unloading and sorting/staging materials ina variety of sizes & configurations. Lift loadsof up to fifty (50) pounds (without straining oneself). Completereports, load tickets or work forms. Visuallyidentify and separate "nonconforming materials" from incoming loads. Safelyoperate equipment, work around operating equipment, manually manage non-uniformpackages and objects (picking, pulling, pushing) as needed - perform heavierlifts/moves as needed. Maintaininventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies instock, record location of inventory. Preparefinished stock for shipment. Documentproduct shipments. Conducthousekeeping and clean-up functions. Workassigned shifts, overtime as needed, day shift, mid shift, night shift,weekends, and holidays. Performsother related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. OurPerfect Candidate Education and Experience: Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Mobileequipment operator a plus: Folk lift, Loader, Bobcat, skid steer. Understandinstructions, procedures and policies and communicate in English. Strongdiligence. WorkingShifts: Looking to FILL the followingSHIFTS. Sundaythru Thursday from 5:15am to 1:45pm Tuesdaythru Saturday from 1:30pm to 10pm SplitShift - Friday & Saturday from 5am to 3:30pm AND Sunday & Mondayfrom 1:30pm to 12 Midnight RequiredEnvironment and Physical Abilities : Must be able to workin an environment that could have elevated noise levels. Must be able to workin an environment with nuisance dust. Must be able to workin an environment with presence of industrial and vehicle operations. PhysicalRequirements : Must be physicallyable to perform work assigned. Access all areaswithin a site which could include heights of 30+ feet, confined spaces,climbing ladders or stairs, and common use of man lifts wearing a safetyharness. The work will be inan indoor manufacturing facility. The employee will beexposed to the following working conditions: Heat, noise, vibration, oils,greases, solvents, and atmospheric conditions such as dust. The employee will berequired to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing,walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing, andsitting. Ascend and descendstairs and stationary vertical ladders as part of normal work activity andemergency egress situations. Able to carry/lift/move/pushup to 50 lbs. Close vision,distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, corrected or otherwise. CompanyOffers: The hourly range is $16 to $19, commensuratewith experience and education.
