Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims• Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred• Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus• Skilled with Microsoft Office• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 at plan About Company: Sagient’s mission is to provide financial security and peace of mind through our Insurance, LTC, Annuity, and Investment solutions.
