We offer a wide range of therapies designed around the individual's needs instead of a one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter approach. After assessment, we work with clients to design an individualized treatment plan with the proper evidence-based therapies. We consider it a great privilege to help people move forward in their lives and find wellness. We are looking for like-minded, professional therapists to join our practice. Reclaim Life is seeking mental health practitioners for our group mental health practice located in historic downtown Albany, Oregon. We offer: Full administrative support You will have flexibility regarding your schedule creation Telehealth options (remote) Weekly consultation The opportunity to work in a team environment Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off A competitive salary We are an established practice with an existing client pool. Masters and Doctoral level therapists are welcome to apply. Full and part-time and contracting positions are available. Supervised Therapist: Full-Time Employment at 30 hours a week. This is for associates with licenses requiring supervision. This is paid at a rate of $35 an hour. We ask that each therapist provide a minimum of 21 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $55,000. Any Direct Service hours rendered beyond the required 21 direct service hours per week will be paid at a rate of 50$ per hour. For example, if you render an average of 28 direct service hours a week, you can make approximately $73,000 a year. This allows you to avoid worrying about no-shows and commission calculations. In addition to health/dental/vision benefits, there are 80 hours of PTO and 10 paid holidays a year, which are all paid at $35 an hour. Therapist: Full-Time Employment at 30 hours a week. This is for independently licensed therapists. This is paid at a rate of $45 an hour. We ask that each therapist provide a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $70,000. Any Direct Service hours rendered beyond the required 24 direct service hours per week will be paid at a rate of 50$ per hour. For example, if you render an average of 28 direct service hours a week, you can make over $80,000 a year. This allows you to avoid worrying about no-shows and commission calculations. In addition to health/dental/vision benefits, there are 80 hours of PTO and 10 paid holidays a year, which are all paid at $45 an hour. **Therapists are welcome to work 40 hours a week, as is typical of most jobs, but we believe giving you more time for your personal life allows you to be the best version of your professional self. We believe it directly correlates to better client services and better self-care for you. We are happy to offer flex scheduling as a benefit to our employees. However, it is not ethically appropriate or clinically sound to fit all the required sessions in less than 4 days per week. However, employees are welcome to spread those 4 days throughout any day, Sunday through Saturday. Contracted Therapist: Therapists may choose to be W2 contract employees.
