Responsibilities * Skilled use of drill presses, lathe's, CNC, and Industrial Machine shop equipment * Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions * Verifying dimensions and product specifications * Marking and cutting lines on material * Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in * Ensure that quality control standards are met * Troubleshoot and stress test products to minimize problems or recalls * Report and detail product malfunctions * Adhere to safety standards * Conduct equipment preventive maintenance and change overs, as needed Qualifications * High School diploma or GED. * Organizational skills, ensuring precision, orderliness and neatness. * Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner. * Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and be a self starter. * Able to work overtime as needed. * Must be able to stand for 8 hours daily. * Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds periodically throughout the day. * Must be able to work as a team player. * Must align with the Snap-on VisionSnap-on is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Femaie/Disabled/Veteran.
