Summary: Attend to vehicles, Perform routine maintenance, Assist with administrative tasks, Shuttle customers as needed, Focused attention on organized and clean working environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide customer service including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Maintain company vehicles, complete required logs, determine most efficient routes, keep critical tools available, and report all issues to management. Mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and rotation of tires. Perform ordinary detailing to customers vehicles. Assist in maintaining a neat, orderly and clean office, shop, customer waiting area, bathrooms and outside landscape.
