The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law and possess strong communication skills, both oral and written. Job Duties:Provide legal advice and representation to clients in disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges.Prepare clients for disability hearings and represent them effectively.Engage in legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels.Communicate with clients via telephone, mail, and email at all stages of the disability process. Requirements:Attorney License.1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law.Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar. Skills:Legal writing and research skills.Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.Attention to detail and ability to manage caseload effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal research databases.
