Customer Service Representative -Dme Order Intake Coordinator

ComfortCare Pharmacy and Medical Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Order Intake Coordinator at ComfortCare Medical Products to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating incoming medical equipment orders and supplies from start to finish. Responsibilities: --- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly --- Share detailed information about the various products and services offered --- Aid customers in placing and managing their orders efficiently --- Maintain and update customer records accurately based on interactions --- Collaborate with customers, physicians, and insurance companies to facilitate medical equipment orders --- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls effectively Qualifications: --- Previous experience in customer service, durable medical products, or related fields like the medical front office is required --- A strong ability to establish connections with clients is essential --- Must excel in prioritizing tasks and multitasking effectively --- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude is a must --- Superior written and verbal communication skills are necessary --- Fluency in Spanish or Armenian is highly desirable --- Availability for part-time or full-time work (25-40 hours per week) --- Flexibility to work on Saturdays with one weekday off About Company: ComfortCare Pharmacy & Medical Products is a full-service Pharmacy, Durable Medical Equipment, Medical Supply, and Hearing Aids company serving the greater Los Angeles area.
