We also offer the following benefits and perks : Medical Dental A 401(k) Hotel discounts THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A REGIONAL OUTREACH AND SALES LIAISON The Regional Outreach and Sales Liaison role is full-time with typical business hours between Monday - Friday however, there will be some flexibility !As the Regional Outreach and Sales Liaison, you are the epicenter of change and growth within our retirement living community, where your knack for forging meaningful connections and generating quality leads translates into families finding the perfect haven for their loved ones. Through strategic outreach, collaborative efforts with the sales and marketing team, and a flair for organizing captivating events, you become the driving force behind our community's expansion and the go-to person for creating a welcoming environment for seniors and their families.Your day-to-day activities revolve around building partnerships in the market, engaging with key referral partners through innovative marketing initiatives, and planning events that showcase the warmth and vibrant lifestyle our community offers. Collaborating closely with leadership, you'll craft strategies that not only increase our community's occupancy but also enhance our presence in the surrounding area. OUR IDEAL REGIONAL OUTREACH AND SALES LIAISON Valid driver's license 3+ years of sales experience A heart for service and community work Ability to work with a team and collaborate Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to meet physical requirements of the position such as lifting, walking, and standing for long periods ABOUT US Western States Lodging & Management was founded on the moral principles and traditional family values we learned growing up.
