Retention Specialist -Bilingual Chinese/Cantonese/Mandarin (Hybrid) VillageCareMAX - 112 Charles Street, New York, NY 10014 COME WORK FOR THE LEADING, LOCAL MANAGED CARE COMPANY - VILLAGE CARE! VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated and Bilingual Retention Specialist to join our team. The Retention Specialist will conduct forward and appropriate efforts to retain members requesting disenrollment. Some of your daily activities will include: Investigating and resolving member dissatisfaction issues Processing involuntary and voluntary disenrollment's in a timely and compliant manner Ensure compliance with contractual regulations, monitoring/tracking trends and documenting all communication with members, family, staff and providers. Participate in conferences with CMS/HRA and/or NYSDOH regarding retention team activities and accountability for compliance with regulations and contracts. We would like to speak to those who have 2+ years of experience in a related healthcare environment. A Bachelor's degree and Bilingual - Chinese/Cantonese/Mandarin required.
