POSITION DETAILSStart Date:Immediate Teaching Hours:Minimum of 10 peak hours per weekPeak hours: Monday Sunday from 13h00 to 18h00 SASTHours are not guaranteed Students:Teaching kids and adults based in Asia Rate:Base rate of 6 USD per hour Contract type:You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service Provider Location:Work from the convenience of your home RequirementsTertiary qualification (completed or busy)Completed, accredited 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTAComputer literateNo criminal record TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)PC specifications: Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greaterMemory: 8GB RAM or greaterBackup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching). This is applicable and a non-negotiable requirement for candidates based in a country where regular power interruptions occur.A stable fibre internet connection: At a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speedsPC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connectionNoise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera Back-up headset highly recommendedTidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
