They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. With our tools, resources and training, our technicians are able to make over $48 per hour ~ We offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service! Top candidates could be eligible for a sign on bonus of $3000!~We offer consistent and reliable full-time year round work . Flexible scheduling: Multiple shift opportunities, flexible days of the week, 4-10's available Robust Paid Training & Professional Development Path - 150 hours of training per year!
