Job Summary To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Contact clients to collect accounts receivables and follow up on delayed payments. Actively research and resolve payment discrepancies and overpayments made. Prepare and send invoices to clients as needed. Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records. Investigate and resolve customer queries. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of equivalent work experience. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the US. Preferred Q ualifications: Familiarity with industry-standard accounting software, Oracle E-Business Suite a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with clients. A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals. Advanced experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills. Physical Demands: Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms. Occasionally walk, stand, balance, stoop, bend and kneel. Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 10 lbs. Regularly required to reach with hands and arms. Work Environment: Job function will be carried out in an office environment.
