Professional Services Director, Client Partnerships We are looking for a Director, Client Partnerships to join our team! We’re looking for a strong team member who wants to contribute to our incredible culture, make a meaningful impact on client deliverables, and work collaboratively with an award-winning team. The Director, Client Partnerships will be responsible for the growth and delivery of digital and consulting services to mainly Banking/Financial Services companies. A key focus for the leader will be to increase sales and revenue by building key business and IT relationships with existing customers. A successful candidate will need to be able to find opportunities, identify the best solution, bring together the sales, and lead the delivery of our engagements. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of professional services. This individual will be strategic and proactive in maintaining and expanding an account and comes with professional services experience with a technical background. Who You Are You will build and grow the funnel of opportunities and lead expansion into our current client accounts You will maintain and fortify relationships with strategic alliance partners You will ensure that we provide a remarkable client experience which is our committed mission You will be proactive and lead and prepare for account planning sessions to plan for the expansion of our accounts You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders You will understand client needs, objectives, and challenges.
