We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process• The position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building• Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day• Partner with field sales to execute meetings• Report activity and results on a daily basis• Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads• Real estate license or pursuing required• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Unstoppable Mindset• Coachable• Resourceful• Results-oriented• Persuasive• Assertive• Honest• Gregarious• Outstanding verbal communicator We care less about experience and more about attitude!
