Senior Management Accountant / Finance Manager – Hospitality Brand Role: Senior Management Accountant/ Finance Manager Location: London Salary: Up to £65k Reporting to FC I’m working with a great hospitality brand that boasts a wonderful range of several sites spread across London. The group has been doing incredibly well, and as they are expanding, they are looking for a Senior Management Accountant or a Finance Manager to support their growth. The role will manage a team of 5, and be primarily responsible for producing and delivering the company’s monthly Management Accounts, whilst taking ownership of the balance sheet accounts and presenting them to the FC and CFO. Key Responsibilities Timely production and delivery of company’s monthly Management Accounts. Ownership of key balance sheet accounts, reconciling and ensuring balances are fully substantiated as well as reviewing. Production of weekly and monthly flash P&Ls to company directors and regional heads. Gathering and presenting weekly forecast to company directors. Daily reporting and commentary of sales performance to directors and heads of Departments. Business Partnering with various aspects of operations discussing budgets and cost control. Ownership and management of company payroll accounting. Responsible for company bonuses, including calculations and discussions with operations. Supporting Financial Controller and CFO with annual budgeting process. Managing and monitoring work of three direct reports. Assisting Financial Controller with implementing/improving processes and controls Assisting Financial Accountant with audit. The successful candidate Fully Qualified Accountant or equivalent e. g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT. Advanced Excel knowledge with exposure to Pivot Tables and Complex Formulas. Experience in producing monthly Management Accounts. Familiarity with preparing for annual audits.
