Contribute your influential expertise in GEOINT endeavors to play a crucial role in ensuring that the Intelligence Community has the information it needs to be mission successful! As a GEOINT Collections Manager, small details can often make a big difference in the intelligence field, so it is important to be meticulous and detail-oriented as the field is constantly evolving. Your work involves a complex process of understanding, advising, leading, integrating, managing, collecting, processing, and supporting operations which contribute directly to national security and mission success. Supporting time dominant operations involves utilizing GEOINT, Multi-INT, and Multi-Source strategies to perform and manage collection activities. Your deep foundational understanding of GEOINT, including tools, techniques, and data sources is crucial for planning and executing missions effectively. You will provide expert advice regarding the capabilities and use of GEOINT, coordinating with various agencies and departments to ensure that everyone is working in alignment with mission objectives. You will determine what data needs to be collected, how it should be collected, and how it should be processed in order to meet product specifications. You will integrate enterprise plans, policies, programs, architectures, and standards for optimal management of GEOINT planning, collection, operations, analysis, production, and dissemination for upmost quality and timeliness of intelligence. Your efforts ensure the most effective use of resources to provide better outcomes for mission objectives that influence decision-making at the highest levels, contributing significantly to preparedness, operation effectiveness, and overall national security. Requirements: Active TS/SCI Clearance High School Diploma + 3 years of experience GIMS account management experience Ability to produce GEOINT products to NGA Standards and quality Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team-member Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both written and verbal Demonstrate familiarity in functional mission areas and key intelligence issues Desired Skills: Understanding of Activities Based Intelligence (ABI) and application of ABI methodologies Pervious experience utilizing GEOINT analytical databases and reporting tools Pervious experience performing first phase GEOINT work Pervious experience with collection capabilities and methods If you are searching for a role that is both challenging and rewarding, reach out to XXXX@xts-inc.com for more details!
