Job Description Seeking a dedicated School Occupational Therapist to join our Illinois school district team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting student development and independence. Collaborating with educators, families, and professionals, you'll contribute to student success and well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Develop individualized treatment plans with input from the student's team and family. Provide direct occupational therapy services, including activities, sensory techniques, and technology training. Collaborate with educators and service providers to integrate therapy goals into students' programs. Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Educate students, families, and staff on promoting independence and functional skills. Participate in team meetings and IEP discussions as needed.
