With upcoming and new exciting projects in the pipeline the Head of Catering will be responsible for the full front of house catering operation, overseeing 4 individual sites, established catering, a variety of events and food let catering bars. Main responsibilities: Overall responsibility of the delivery of all catering and retail operations in the venue Develop and lead a high performing, motivated front of house catering team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
