Practice Area: Litigation - General (consumer), Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm in Henderson is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical records analysis, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and conducting depositions. Job Duties:Review and prepare summaries of medical records.Prepare motions, including motions for summary judgment.Cover hearings and attend court appearances regularly.Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as needed.Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, and appellate documents.Draft discovery requests and responses.Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.Take and defend depositions of both fact witnesses and expert witnesses. Requirements:3+ years of litigation experience.Admission to practice law in the State of Texas.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent research abilities.Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas. Skills:Proficiency in medical records analysis.Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently.Familiarity with court procedures and rules.Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
