Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Equipment Operator Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 10 Months Location: New Milford, CT As an Equipment Operator , you will be: Responsible for maintaining both productivity and quality performance standards while performing all work tasks. Responsible for performing work safely and support activities to ensure continued safety improvements, take responsibility to keep coworkers safe. Responsible for maintaining both accuracy and completeness on all required paperwork. Responsible for following all WMS/ procedures for the recording and tracking of product to ensure inventory accuracy. Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards for both work area and department. Responsible for maintaining safe operating procedures for all equipment required to perform work tasks. Responsible for following all proper lifting procedures. Responsible for loading and unloading finished product. Responsible for loading and unloading product with productivity and quality that meets department standards. Responsible for following all WMS procedures (loading/unloading/damage etc.) The ideal candidate will have : Must be comfortable driving a forklift and performing shrink wrapping duties.
