Find your career at Kingdom Roofing Systems Position Title: Senior Field Technician The award-winning Production division at Kingdom Roofing Systems is looking for a proactive, organized problem solver who wants to resolve issues for our homeowners. This is an opportunity to offer excellent customer service and keep families in Central Indiana safe. Position Type: Full-Time, Work is in-person Description of Duties: Ability to identify and fix any problems that may occur in the field Adhere to all policies and procedures to assure quality and safety Perform all maintenance to the best of your ability to ensure customer satisfaction Accurately complete and document all work orders given by the production coordinator Take Pictures at different stages of the installation process Communicate with the Project Advisor and Production Manager Accurately input pictures and information into the CRM program Properly maintain company vehicle Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in construction Strong technical understanding of home-building Attention to detail; organizational skills; time management skills required Good communication and customer service skills Must work well both independently and as a team Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals Willingness to learn additional skills required Not afraid of heights, willing to climb ladders 30+ feet Compensation & Benefits: $20 - $25 hourly based on experience and knowledge of construction with benefits including: 401(k) match Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
