As a majority woman-owned business situated in the historic Manchester, NH Millyard, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where every member of our team can thrive.Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy: Oversee all corporate legal functions, provide strategic guidance on legal matters to ownership and other senior management, and lead Lamont Hanley's corporate compliance program. Contract and Policy Oversight: Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts, oversee corporate policies, and manage organizational risk Litigation and Vendor Management: Supervise our legal forwarding team, which manages relationships amongst clients, external collection attorneys and related vendors. Relationship Management: Work closely with ownership and key executives, clients and vendor representatives. Work Mode This role requires a hybrid working arrangement.
