Overall accountabilities are defined in this section. The International Sales Manager plans and implements international sales and marketing programs within the South East Asian market for the sales of fresh pork and processed meats. This position coordinates the development of sales objectives, strategies, and promotional programs and ensures their execution. Works with accounts to expand business through new product development and distribution networks. Negotiates pricing and finalizes sales. Provides management with information used to evaluate international opportunities. Core Responsibilities 25% Develops sales, marketing and pricing strategies for each market in assigned country.25% Coordinates activities with agents, distributors, brokers to develop new sales and expand existing sales.20% Develops sales networks and collects market information.15% Assures customer satisfaction through problem identification and solving.15% Provides management with up-to-date information regarding overseas operations. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
