Inventory Management Technician/Logistics and Warehousing Associate

As a Inventory Management Technician you will perform timely and accurate manual and clerical duties related to dispensing, packaging, storing, kitting, and monitoring a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within a cGMP facility. Exemplify GSK values and expectations and acts as a role model for other team members. These activities are performed in alignment with Good Documentation practices.Your responsibilities include some of the following: Ensures daily activities are completed per quality and safety policies Ensure that the Supply Area is in an audit ready state Active participation and incorporation of Operational Excellence principles and training Actively participates and leads EHS L1 audits Completes timely material reservations through material collection and preparation based on production schedule and production requests Ensures accurate inventory representation through SAP transactions and material movement Prepares raw materials for production usage through dispensing activities Assist cross-functionally with production in completing SAP troubleshooting Solvent Tote management Other duties as requested Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: High School Diploma Physical requirement of the ability to stoop, stand, climb, and frequent lifting of up to 50lbs Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Bachelor's Degree Good oral and written communication skills Understanding of Microsoft Office applications Good time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner Understanding of cGMP standards and procedures Handling of hazardous waste and materials We are also looking for more experienced individuals for our Logistics and Warehousing Associate role. The qualifications for this role at our site are listed out below:As a Logistics and Warehousing Associate you will perform timely and accurate manual and clerical duties related to preparing, storing, coordinating, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within a cGMP facility. The Logistics and Warehousing Associate will exemplify GSK values and expectations and act as a role model for other team members. These activities are performed in alignment with Good Documentation practices.Your responsibilities include some of the following: Ensures all activities are completed per quality and safety policies while maintaining a team aspect and working collectively Ensure that the Supply Area is in an audit ready state Active participation and incorporation of Operational Excellence principles and training Completes timely material preparation and delivery through material collection (SAP and physical movement), material kitting, and material dispensing based on the production schedule and production requests Ensures accurate inventory representation through SAP transactions and material movement Assist cross-functionally with production in completing SAP troubleshooting and SAP task related objectives Solvent Tote management Performs receipt, quarantine, and rejection of cGMP materials and Non-cGMP materials in SAP per quality and safety requirements Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move stock or organize materials Complete Department-Related training to ensure cross team availability and coverage o Completes shipments of materials per regulations (DOT/IATA, etc) to outside recipients Other duties as requested Why you?
