Employbridge has a client in Salt Lake City, UT who is looking for a Sr. Logistics Account Manager to join their team. This is a leadership position with the opportunity to grow team and build top notch relationships with customers. Job Duties * Lead a team of 8 employees within customer service and account management * Mentor and develop employees to achieve career goals * Responsible for up to 10 top tier customer accounts * Increase profitability by growing customer accounts to expand company's robust services * Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure customer's issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner * Run Quarterly Business Reviews and meet with customers on a weekly basis to proactively address concerns or gather feedback * Enhance company's services, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value and maximizing profitability throughout customer's supply chain * Build relationships with key stakeholders or contacts * Create, update and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity * Manage customer expectations by utilizing metrics and establishing best practices * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree is required * 5+ years of customer service, account management or sales experience within logistics, supply chain, or 3PL * 3+ years of leadership experience * Proven ability to lead a team * Able to handle top tier accounts with a white glove service * Excellent customer service skills * Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, and influence customers at all levels * Able to work with cross-functional teams in a professional manner * Must have experience with Microsoft Suite
