We have an opening for a Leasing Agent position for our Hampton, Virginia apartment community. Flexible schedule as needed – this will include some weekend work Work with maintenance staff and meet with vendors Responsible for GREAT resident relations and customer service Walking and inspecting property on a regular basis--curb appeal is vital Assisting the Community Manager with duties as assigned Education and/or Experience: Leasing experience strongly preferred Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment. Work with property management software is preferred--we use Yardi Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and take initiative Demonstrated close attention to detail while multi-tasking Professional, businesslike demeanor Bachelor’s Degree preferred Must pass background check, have GREAT references and a stable work history.Powered by JazzHR
