Job Position: Customer Service Representative Applicable Titles: Customer Service Associate Job Levels: I, II, III FLSA Status: Non-Exempt EEO: Administrative Support Workers Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints quickly and respectfully. We are looking for an individual who could help during the week as well as some weekends through hunting season. Supervisory Responsibilities: Levels I through II: None Level III: May review, mentor, or oversee the work of other Customer Service Representatives Duties/Responsibilities: Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services Forwards questions and complaints to assigned specialists or other appropriate staff as needed Ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, and/or comments Required Skills/Abilities: Fantastic communication skills including active listening Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Customer service experience preferred Physical Requirements: Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for long periods of time Able to lift up to 15 lbs at a time Other: Job descriptions prepared by the Company serve as an outline only.
