Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator- Inside Sales Support (Remote) EXTERIORMAX is a rapidly growing insurance restoration and remodeling company based out of Greenbelt, Maryland. We are looking for a bilingual, Spanish speaking, scheduling coordinator to join our team and support our company’s overall growth. Roles & Responsibilities Appointment setting and scheduling for our fast-paced sales department Confirming set appointments with our clients & Sales Representatives Position also includes administrative duties to support the sales department Contacting prospects who have an interest in our services Attend weekly team meetings Maintaining professionalism to provide the best customer service experience Benefits of joining EXTERIORMAX First year expected pay- $40k-$55k (Base Salary+ Commission & Bonuses) Growth and management opportunities- Owners & management who CARE ABOUT YOUR SUCCESS Competitive Benefits Package 401K + Company match Preferred Qualifications Individual with scheduling and administrative experience Strong communication skills centered around scheduling and customer service Background working in a fast-paced environment, relying heavily on organizational skills Creative problem solver Call Center, Inside Sales, and CRM experience is a PLUS Familiar with Google calendar is also a PLUS A great attitude and motivation to succeed! Required Qualifications Access to a quiet workspace Computer & Internet services Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting Bilingual- Spanish speaking Ability to work stationary during scheduled hours A great attitude and motivation to succeed! Company iPhone and Headset will be provided Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00am-8:00pm (EST) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses (Expected Annual Income, $40K-$65K) Benefits: Health, Dental, & Vision 401K with a company match Paid time off Paid training Schedule: Day shift, 8 hr Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Commission & Bonus Pay Experience: Bilingual, Spanish Speaking (Required) Inside sales/Call Center: 1 year (Preferred) CRM software: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Powered by JazzHR
