Responsibilities: --- Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents --- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service --- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base --- Great closer, or the desire to learn and refine your skill set to become a great closer --- Extremely professional appearance --- Flexibility to work listings in multiple counties --- Ability properly price homes and 2-4 units --- Full-time agent --- Prospecting regularly, following up quickly and conducting lead-generation activities to create new business --- Ability to attend exclusive social events as recommended to build a database --- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an agent Qualifications: --- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job --- Has a real estate license --- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly --- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself --- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies --- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone About Company: KHORR Realty is a residential real estate company located in Virginia and California.
